All new clients are required to pay a $20 deposit per pet to book for the first appointment. This deposit can be made through a link on your phone. This deposit is not refundable. The deposit will be subtracted from your total on the day of service! 

Each pet is booked into a 2 hour times slot. This is the MINIMUM amount of time your pet will be in our care. When booking appointments please keep plans in mind that this time span may effect. For example, if you bring 2 pets to the salon at 9 am please be aware they will not be ready before 1pm. Good quality work takes time. We want to give you and your pet the best every time!

First time Cancelation Fee (Canceling with less than 72 hours notice) is $40 per pet. More than one time last minute cancelation will be charged the FULL PRICE of your pets appointment.
