All new clients are required to pay a $20 deposit (per pet) to book the first appointment. The deposit can be made through a link that is sent to your phone. The deposit will be subtracted from your total on the day of service. The deposit is non-refundable.
Each pet is booked in to a 2 hour time slot. This is the MINIMUM amount of time your pet will be in our care. When booking appointments please keep plans in mind that this time span may effect. For example, if you bring 2 pets to the salon at 9am please be aware they will not be ready before 1pm. Good quality work takes time. We want to give you and your pet the best every time!
Cancellations Fees
First time cancellation fee (cancelling with less than 72 hours notice) is $40 per pet. Same day cancellations, no shows, and repeat last minute cancellations will be charged the FULL PRICE of your pets appointment.
